Action Item Description
The Riley County Police Department (RCPD) was formed in 1974 upon the passage of enabling legislation by the State of Kansas. The legislation created the Riley County Law Board which oversees RCPD and the budgeting process. The City should work with Riley County and RCPD to modernize the law board structure and budget process.
