After viewing CivicPlus' first draft of the new website in mid-December 2024, staff were left feeling somewhat underwhelmed. We have requested additional design changes and this will result in pushing out the completion timeline until late April 2025, but we simply have to get this right.

Migration began in early January for our subsites and those departments/divisions are currently maintaining a detailed log of any additional changes to their websites until we gain access to the new draft site during training (anticipated in March). We are also working on some additional deliverables for the new mobile app.

SeeClickFix setup and configuration is mostly complete as of the end of 2024. We are continuing to work through some issues with geographies and some of the "odder" workflows, but departments are becoming more comfortable with their new workflows and using the mobile app in the field. The service and app launched publicly in December 2024; by the end of January 2025, we had finally managed to disable the old app and block new submissions from the old system, so it is retired.
