A thorough audit of the City’s current online platforms should be undertaken to look for opportunities to improve information sharing and accessibility to public documents and resources. It should also develop easy ways for the public to complete forms, registrations, payments, and other activities. The organization should develop standards to regularly review information and processes to ensure the most accessible, accurate, and easy experience for the end user.
