Action Item Description
In 2019, the City created its Organization Excellence Initiative (OEI) as a result of conversations with City employees. The organization committed to becoming a people-oriented organization and a great place to work. The City should continue progressing with OEI strategies related to pay, benefits, work hours, workplace environment, performance evaluations, and the city budget to make the City of Manhattan an employer of choice.
