Action Item Description
Personnel is the primary investment of the organization to move the community forward. A renewed focus on onboarding, training, and development are necessary in order to fulfill our mission as a well-trained, highly motivated, and professional City staff. The organization must create a robust professional development program focusing on 1) a centralized onboarding program for all new employees, 2) structured supervisor and leadership training to improve accountability, and 3) tailored professional development programs for all employees and positions for continual improvement in pursuit of the City’s vision.
