3.1 Fund the City’s Bicycle and Pedestrian Systems Plan.

Action Item Description
Improving bike-friendly transportation and walkability were consistent requests from the public during the strategic planning process. In 2020, the City adopted its Bicycle and Pedestrian Systems Plan (BPSP), setting a 20-year vision to expand and enhance the community’s biking, walking, and trail infrastructure. To realize that vision, the City must commit to funding the plan’s implementation and consider plan recommendations in other infrastructure projects.
