Sustainability was a strong theme from community input and is supported by each of the strategic plan goals. The community desires a city that is designed, built, and operated in ways that use resources and the environment efficiently and equitably. Within the action agenda, the sustainability icon indicates actions that directly support sustainability efforts.

MODERNIZATION

1.1 Modernize technology, software, and systems.
